Family first, always
Every system I build, I build around the people I come home to. If it costs me dinner, it's not a strategy โ it's a trap.
From 12-hour shifts to a life designed around my family. The raw, unfiltered journey out of burnout โ and into a business that finally fits the woman I became along the way.

The long version
I started my career in the operating room โ the place where adrenaline, precision, and compassion all meet under one set of bright lights. I loved the work. I loved my patients. But somewhere between the on-call pages, the missed dinners, and the alarms that started before the sun, I realized I was giving every best hour of my day to a schedule I didn't choose.
I climbed. I led teams as a Director of Nursing, mentored new grads, rebuilt protocols, and carried the weight of an entire floor on my shoulders. From the outside it looked like the dream. From the inside, it was the same trade โ more responsibility, same broken clock. My family was getting the leftovers of me, and I knew it.
So I bet on myself. I opened my own medical spa โ my first real taste of building something with my name on the door. I learned how to market, how to sell, how to lead a brand, and how to create an experience patients would drive across town for. It was terrifying. It was clarifying. It taught me that nurses are some of the most underestimated entrepreneurs on the planet.
Now I do the thing I wish someone had done for me a decade ago. I help nurses use the skills they already have to build income outside the hospital โ content, coaching, digital products, AI-powered systems โ so they can stop trading their nights, weekends, and holidays for a paycheck. This isn't about leaving nursing behind. It's about owning your time again.
โI didn't leave nursing. I just stopped letting a schedule decide who I got to be the rest of my life.โ
What I stand for
Every system I build, I build around the people I come home to. If it costs me dinner, it's not a strategy โ it's a trap.
I don't teach what I haven't done. The OR taught me to never wing it. Neither does my business.
Burnout isn't a badge. The goal isn't to work harder off the clock โ it's to design a life that doesn't require an off switch.
What I actually recommend
Three offers I personally use and stand behind โ picked for different starting points. Find the one that matches where you are right now.
Best for: Newbies who want a hand-held roadmap to $1kโ$2.5k commissions.
This is the same step-by-step system I plug new nurses into. You get the playbook, 1:1 coaching, and live Zoom support โ so you're never guessing what to post, what to sell, or how to get paid. If you've never made a dollar online and want a real human to walk you there, start here.
Get the Blueprint โBest for: Tech-savvy creators who want zero meetings and ready-to-post templates.
If you don't need coaching โ you just need content that actually grows your account โ this is the shortcut. Done-for-you Reels, captions, and hooks built to sell your offer on Instagram. I use these in my own rotation when I'm short on time and need to show up consistently.
Grab the Reels Pack โBest for: Busy or camera-shy nurses who want to grow without filming.
This is the unfair advantage. Build a hyper-realistic AI version of you that creates aesthetic, on-brand video content โ so you can post a week of Reels in 30 minutes without ever sitting in front of a camera. Perfect for night-shift nurses, introverts, and anyone tired of redoing the same Reel ten times.
